Well MacWorld
Expo Japan is apon us and many folks expect the iBook to
be Updated aS the ibook is due for an upgrade.
Back in Oct we came out
with an article on some info on the upcoming revised
iBook ( Revision
B. iBook in the Works !
) Today we are going to assign odds to what's likely to
happen from that article and what we feel now as the
picture as to what Apple has in mind become slightly
clearer.
Back in October we said
that :
"The low-end
model colors would remain Blueberry and Tangerine and
the Higher end unit would come in Graphite like the
iMac DV Special Edition !"
We think the odds on this
are 100%
We also feel that
whatever the speed bump is, Apple would keep the speed
Under their Powerbook lineup.
Odds 100%
Although some people feel
that 3 new models of the iBook is possible , we don't
think it will be more than 2.

Back in Oct. we had heard
that cost and sizing issues were related to getting or
not seeing a slot loading CD/DVD iBook and we agree,
we'll be waiting on that a bit longer.

Before we also felt there
was a chance of a 33mhz increase but that wouldn't be
enough today.
